When I'm in Map view the app stays on top of all other windows, how can I fix this?
Switch over to any of the other views.
I get an error saying the AIR file is corrupt/damaged?
Try installing or downloading the file again. If the problem persists ask for help.
What operating systems will it work on?
Mac, and Windows. It currently works on some Linux setups, and will be fully supported in the future. Cross-platform support depends on Adobe.
What is AIR?
AIR is like the flash browser plugin for desktop applications. KATG Desktop runs on AIR, so you'll need to have AIR 1.5+ to install the app.
How do I install KATG Desktop?
Click here, and then click on the install badge to begin the installation process.
If you don't have AIR installed, it will be automatically. Just follow the prompts.
How do I update KATG Desktop?
When an update is released the app will notify you when you launch it, or when you manually check for updates. To update, first close the app, then follow the same steps for a regular install, you'll be presented with the option to replace your currently installed version with the new one.
